Files can be transferred in the following formats: CD & e-mail.
Files to be saved for Mac or PC in the following programmes
When saving files in PC compatiable format use the appropriate
PC file extension, such as: .ai .tiff .eps .pdf .qxd Ensure all the file extensions are named to determine software
Where possible/reqiured include all used picture files using "Flight
Check" or similar
Do not use LWZ compression when saving tiff files
Always convert fonts to outlined paths {in Illustrator} or ensure
fonts are attached with screen fonts - no orphan fonts
Ensure graphics/scans are of high resolution -Minimum 1200dpi
for text and linework
Grayscale, 4colour/RGB are not suitable, 1200dpi Bitmap only
All work will be processed at the size of the files sent to us
Artwork is preferred in a digital format but can be accpeted as
conventional film
Note
Incomplete, vague or poor artwork will lengthen delivery
dates and incurr addtional costs
